Not a bad place to work

This week I've been working up in my native Lancashire, and had the privilege to spend a couple of days roaming around Hoghton Tower - a 16th century manor house near Preston. We were working in the banqueting hall, the very room where beef was knighted and became Sir Loin! Of course, it's the law of sod that whilst I was in the freezing cold stone room, the sun was beating down outside so I just about missed all of that flurry of warmth. Here are some little sneaky peeks from inside the house.
